Unauthorised Visa deduction of 64.56 charged twice

I do not know why I have received for the second time a deduction from my Visa for the sum of $64.56...

I have not authorised any such deduction... whilst I had the same amount deducted without my authorisation some time ago, I let it go, but now believe this to be a positive and ongoing scam.

As an aged pensioner I cannot afford for this to reoccur.

Could you please advise how I can redeem these amounts.
