Objectional substance on top, very soggy

These (RQRQ214908B) Exp: 02 May RQ2B Gold Graham Snacks were falling apart the moment you popped it. Truly saturated and had a coating of gleaming humidity on top. Nothing like they usually are in all. I had been scared to consume it since it was so diverse. I really like these snacks and that I have now been purchasing them for a long time and also have never experienced what arrived within this package.
