Radio Shack sold me a defective earphone (cable was cut) and refused to replace them or refund them, despite the fact that I purchased the warranty. The store is on the corned of the 45th Street and Queens Blvd.in Queens, New York City.
The store manager, his name is Bashar, was rude and mocking. He has even told me that he will not refund the merchandise, not even if the Radio Shacke CEO himself calls me. The amount of money is very small, $26.11, but I hate to be defrauded like this.
