Boxed Software Never Said Trial, Paid $44.00 for 14 Days

I purchased Essential Video Tools from NCH at Comp USA. Nowhere on the box does it say it was a trial version. Comp USA will not take back opened software. I paid $44.00 for a 14-day trial. Who even does that? The internet is full of free trials.
The outside of the box states a $250 value when sold separately, when that's exactly what they are doing. There is no support or phone number for them. I guess I'm stuck. Beware of this company.
