He sold me a computer which he misrepresented. I find out later it has a problem with the keys so i cant type properly. He lied that warranty was for 1 yr its only for 9 months. I tell him after 3 days i want to return the comp back to him. He is very rude and arguementative telling me to call manufaturer to fix the issue. Why should i have the hustle of sending comp to manufacturer to fix and David just sold it to me 3 days ago claiming it was a new comp. Why wont he take it back and refund my money since this comp is 3 days old and already has a defect. I have emails and text msgs to prove. Help!
