Ripoff $25 rebate never came, contact not reachable

I bought their FRS22-SPR2-FRS -pack Radio which has $25 rebate. ALl required documents are included and mailed well ahead of rebate expiration date, but the rebate never came. I mailed a scanned copy through their email contact, it is bounced back. The typing is correct. Phone call is never returned. It has been more than a year but I will not give up. Today I found this Web page and decided to report to help others.
