This computer will not run on the battery. No one would answer the service phone number and I cannot get an answer via e-mail

I cannot get the computer to work on the battery. When I phoned their service number, no one would answer. Also, cannot get a response via e-mail. Looks like I got ripped off. Wish I had checked for complaints before I ordered. Looks like I wasted some money.
