Rude and ripped off

My girlfriend ordered a camera and accessories. The web site sent her an invoice for $277.50 and when she checked her card account they charged her $432.50. She called them to ask why they charged her for the higher amount. It took several atempts to get someone to answer and finally got to talk to someone. She was crying by then and the male on the phone was very rude to her and never gave her an answer.

I called back and talked to him and he was rude to me also. All we wanted to know is how they got to that price... He would never tell me and told me i was rude, because i was asking!!! They won't tell where the camera is nor why they charged us so much more! I have never had a phone call like that before!!! He did nothing to help, he just wanted to argue!!! We called the credit card company and they took the additional money off her account!!
