Ordered Green Laser (Free Shipping) from Antsbrother 16 days ago, still not shipped

I'm still not sure what to think, but for the first time ordering something from 'antsbrother.com' I am not impressed. First off, the deal seemed to good to be true, I was told I could get a cool '200nm 532nm Green Laser with Kaleidoscopic effects' for around $40 online through some Chinese or over seas sites. I searched and searched, and most for that price were no where to be found. THIS site had what I wanted for only $25 plus free shipping.'Ok' (Too good to be true?!).

Well I ordered my laser on Sept. 8th, same night I ordered some stuff from Amazon and another site. Within a few days I got all I ordered from Amazon but it's been 16 days and I can't find a phone number for 'Antsbrother', no response from their 'customer support' email and message page on their website. Their supposed online live support is completely non functional. I'm not picking up a good vibe here.
