If this is not fraud then refund my money. I did not use your service orbenifit in anyway.

You may have a service that some people want but when a clients tells you sorry it's not what I thought and did not use it, an honest business person would not hesitate to refund the money.

This is the difference between an honest business and fraud. You represent or give the impression that you sell banner ads and you don't. I'm sure I am not
the first person to claim this, that is why you don't want to refund.
