Inferior Glass stove top burns from underneath and severlely scratches - LG Electric Range model: LRE30453ST

I purchased an LG Electric Range Mod: LRE30453ST. The glass top became severely burned and scratched. The glass burned from underneath leaving large burn spots. We even purchased recommended pots and pans to be used on the glass top and it still became scratched. The stove is inferior in design and material. The stove we had before was a glass top and it became scratched after 6 years of use but still not as bad as the LG stove in only 2 years. Think twice before buying an LG glass top Range as it will be a lousy product.
