Phone not workig with great call

Jitterbug worked fine until excellent phone required around, telephone wouldn't rollback your moments so each month we'd to call and obtain manaul reset. This worked for around 6 months. Always a computer problem. Last month was told that we have to update both of our phones at 100.00 bucks a pop. Everyone that you simply speak with today doesn`t understand anything about their phone or program. I change to buyer basement, obtain twice the minutes more telephone options and the people understand what they're referring to.

Oh! Yet another thing, it took more than 9 times and numerous telephone calls to get my amount ported around. Less than24hrs for antone otherwise. Everytime i question-this it was whether

Pc error or even the wrong code. Beware!!! They're not jitterbug!!!
