Jitterbug cell phone
No refund for non-functional service

I purchased a Jitterbug mobile phone, and named Jitterbug to create it-up. It had been NON FUNCTIONAL once they stated that the telephone was triggered. Jitterbug said these were having service issues. I required termination of service exactly the same evening the telephone was bought, "triggered", and non functional (no support). They said okay. I required a reimbursement of the "service" costs of $41.64. Their Broker examined together with his boss, who accepted the reimbursement. NO REIMBURSEMENT of the charge card costs was supplied after 30 days. I subsequently called Jitterbug client no-support. This Broker was a good-butt lady, who stated that no discounts are created after activation, even when the telephone doesn't have support after "activation". I would recommend that you consider an alternate mobile phone organization, because jitterbug isn't just officially inexperienced, but their customer no-support is arrogant and totally without client satisfaction and integrity aswell. Kiss your money good-bye.
