Broken, Improperly Shipped, No Sales Receipt or paperwork

On May 13th of 2012 I made a purchase on Amazon through this company for a VGA cable. The cable was supposed to be shipped by the middle of the month but did not in fact ship until the 1oth of July.

I am an American soldier deployed to Afghanistan, so I am used to items taking some time to ship, but the cable did not arrive until th 26th of August and upon the arrival of said cable it had been smashed completely beyond use as it was packaged in an envelope intended for documents, no cushioning included.

There was no sales receipt or documentation sent to me validating the transaction and I am currently searching for contact information to file a complaint towards this comany.

Obviously this company has bad reviews, I just wish I had been aware of this before doing business with them.
