Awful service. They take so long to repaire an item you forget you won it. I have had my pioneer receiver in there for almost 2 months. Every time you call to find out the status of the repaire they say the replacement parts were defective and that it will take 2 more weeks to get new ones. You can never get a straight answer on a time line either.

They say something like well maybe next week or soon. My repair has had the time line of soon for 2 month. I don t know what their definition of soon is but it dosen t come close to matching mine. I would STRONGLY recommend you go to any other repair shop unless you want to wait for months on a repair and want to fill out complaints to the BBB and here.
