Scam Artists, Rude, Deceptive, liars

Company is unrealible and a scam. Camera was ordered for my daughter for school. They sent a D5100 instead of the ordered D7000. They even tried saying there is not much difference between the 2 cameras and we should be happy with what was received and just acept it. When contacted it took over a week which included numerous calls to finally get a return number. Employees are very rude, they even hang up on you! Infomed if we wanted the camera it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the true camera otherwise we would receive an american made at lower quality. After the dispute was filed with them they turned around and charged the credit card for an additional $400 listed for shipping and handling, Very glad credit card company was cooperative and saw what the company was doing. We had to pay for return shipping as the company would not pay for their mistake of sending the wrong product.

Always check the company that you order from prior to purchase. This company has numerous deceptive practices and should be shut down.
