Hello totem
Your company has my phone and i want it back or be paid what you promised originally

I sent my phone to hello totem company in good faith, after getting a email offer for my phone. I was sent an email revising the offer, at which time I declined the offer and asked for the original offer to be honored or for my phone to be returned.

I sent my phone on 06/05, i have attempted contact several times by email and phone, to no avail. And nor have i received my phone. They will not contact me or send me my property.
