They offered me $36.00 for my HTC and provided me with a shipping box. Mailed it back to them and they never sent me my money

Totem offers money for cell phones. I mailed my phone to them in a postatge paid box that they provided me with. I tracked it and it shows it was delivered to them almost 30 days ago. They will not call me back or answer any of my emails. I have sent 20 emails and left 5 voice mails.
