On my phone bill

Electronics and household app.

I've never heard of Text360 before. And all of a sudden I get my phone bill and they are charging me $10.00 for some service. Reading other complaints here, I tried to message "STOP" to 53718 and I get a message saying "Sevice Access Denied". I tried the 1 800 number and I got nothing. I don't know how they got to bill me on my phone. I'm pretty attentive about the apps I download. But they snuck in there some way.
