I bought a damaged Kicker LS715 inch subwoofer, shipped it back to them and never got it back

I made a purchase on 2/24 (but received it on 03/11) and had problems with the subwoofer (Kicker L7S15). When i turned it up, the subwoofer made some weird noise. I had a kicker 08zx1500.1 powering it. (#52188). I then contacted Dealer Cost Car Audio and described the problem. They then told me to ship it back to them so that i can get it replace by the Kicker manufacture. The Item was shipped on 5/21/10, but never heard anything from them since. I tried contacting them but they refuse to answer my calls and emails.
