Bestbuy Flagstaff false advertising - GeegSquad service

Electronics and household app.

On 8/2, I went to Flagstaff BestBuy for technical assistance from the Geeksquad. On the counter was an ad for AARP members to buy a tech support contract. This ad also stated that AARP member could obtain a 15% discount without signing a contract. The Geek supervisor stated a coupon must be obtained from AARP before any discounts would be made. He ignored the fact that the ad made n o mention of a coupon. As an AARP member for 25 yrs, I am more than disappointed
