Pretended to have xbox kinect in stock, even called me weeks later to confirm pre-order, then never heard from again

I ordered an Xbox kinect sensor for $150 from Surf4Ink.com on Dec. 4th. They did not say it was out of stock, though I should have expected it would be. Anyway, weeks later they called and asked if I would like to have a refund or continue to wait for it to be in stock. I said I'd wait. I now believe they did this so that I would not dispute the charge on the credit card. It is now over 4 months since I sent payment and I have heard nothing from them. Calling their number now only gets me to voicemail every time. My emails are not answered. I did search google to see if they were a scam before ordering, but perhaps no one else has taken the time to report them.
