Overcharge

I called the organization and talked to Scott. I had been buying Gem Chilly fridge/fridge. They record the manufacturer on the site. Scott explained they no further transported the manufacturer simply because they had a lot of issues with them. He explained about an EZ Freeze fridge fridge which was exactly the same dimension (21cf) which was $1,995. It had been $70 additional for dark - the colour I needed. I went forward and requested that refrigerator/freezer after requesting him to confirm twice that it had been the refrigerator using the fridge, not only the refrigerator. He explained he was searching right at it, which it was. I also requested a regulator move, which he explained was about $125. After I got the bill, the fridge/fridge was outlined at $2,155 and also the regulator at $155. After I approached them about this (on e-mail), I had been informed that Scott created an error, he apologized, which I really could possess a $50 credit. They've billed my card for your purchase, but haven't yet prepared the credit. I'll challenge the total amount on my charge card. I do want to ensure that nobody else has this occur to them, and so I am also processing this criticism below.
