Been applying for a Assurance Wireless; Virgin Mobile; through Maryland benefits of food stamps, with state's government assistance. But, has been a nightmare. Since May the 1-888-321-5880, has not completed a cell phone shipment to me. Having the c.S. Repeating the same statements, call back in 4 days, were will ship a cell and give me the tracking number so to follow the status.

I applied, with all forms needed and APPROVED; but no cell phone; was sent to me at the correct address I wanted to have the cell phone delivered to my permanent address; not the one they sent to my temporary address.

The c.S. Is in other countries; Philippines or Columbia, South America whom I had to speak with. Could not understand them when discussing the importance of the needs. They seem to prolong as much as possible so to not to ever receive my APPROVED CELL PHONE, WRITTEN TO ME WITH THEIR CORRESPONDANCE outcome of my application. I received letters it would be coming within the dated letter 10days... No cell phone; call again... Same statement... Check back in 4 days; we will send another one to you. What is this? It this for REAL, A COMPANY HELPING OUT OUR COUNTRY/STATE'S PROGRAMS for the needy. It sounds like they are needy; having our outsourced contracts and Not completing our APPROVED applications, so they still have a job outside the United States.
