False advertisement

In december of the year 2009 I saw a commercial from 1-800-invent help on television.in the commercial it says " if you have an idea and want to get paid for your idea call the number on your screen.

At the time I had several ideas and I'm still trying to work on them, so I called the number on the television commercial. I made contact with one of the representatives and she and I spake and she said she was going to send me a booklet and in the booklet forms I was to fill in with detail of my idea and once all I done all that she asked me to I was to call back.

In the period of 2 and a half weeks I received several phone calls from the same female representative from invent help and she kept telling me when will I be able to come into her company office for an interview because she is very interested in what I had to share with her as far as my idea. I finally went on the interview and met with the representative and I went in with the forms booklet she sent me.
