Stole my idea, Ripoff company

Invent-tech stold my idea, and sold my idea to manufacturings after I refused to work with there company.

One day my father was watching TV and he saw Invent-Tech's advertising and he said why don't you contact them for your idea I was not sure, I was scared they will still my idea. My father said if they are advertising on TV they should be fine. So I called Invent-tech I spoke to a Sale rep. He mailed me applications so I could fill out.

When I received the application I was not very sure to fax them my idea or not. But I needed to get started somewhere, again few days later they called me you need to fax us your idea so we could get started. So I faxed them my idea and he said we will take about few days
Market Analysis and if we see at we could work with your idea we will let you know. He said everyday we get 1000's of idea's but we don't call them back if there idea is not for us.

After few days he called me and said we loved your idea and to get you started you need to pay $845.00 dollars, and we will send you all the paper work and a video cassette for you to see how we opperate our business. He explained to me that we sell your idea's to manufactures and you make a percentage, I disagreed with him and I said I don't want to work with your company. I said what are you going to do with my idea your company say my invention, he was very rude to me, he said don't worry we shread all the application, I said who care's if you shread the application when you saw my idea and your company could sell my idea to a big manufacturing.

I got very upset and hanged-up the phone with him. I new something was wrong, this company will steal my idea. After 8 months later I see my idea in the stores I checked how is the manufactures and I see that there big companies that they are hard to find for me to ask them how came up with this idea. I want to another store I saw another idea that I gave Invent-tech, I was very upset, disappointed, stressed that I could not do anything.

One day I decided to check Invent-tech online if there is any lawsuits against them, and here I saw people like me that have been ripped-off by Invent-tech and need help. If your a victim just like me and would like to file a Lawsuit against them please contact me.
