The equipment was purchase early in 2012. I am aware the device is meant to save water - however, you cannot clean a-6 inch bunch of garments in one or two inches of water. The equipment simply beats the garments to death. The equipment includes a large bathtub - but with this type of little bit of water it generally does not actually turn the garments so they are immersed within the water. Whirlpool statements the device is working correctly and certainly will not reveal just how much water ought to be within the bathtub.
