Alberto I've got ripped off by this man, wich appears to know what his doing, but his not!

I went to that store to have my Cracked Iphone screen repaired, and being told that they where going to use original parts. But after only 2 days, the peace of the small speaker that goes to the ear fell off and i coudn't hear it anymore. So i went back to the store and tryed to speak about it, and right away they got defensive and telling me that it couldn't be and it was my fault, and when i mentioned that they used third party part they got furious and telling me to call the police. So the bottom line is, they sold me bad service and tryed to blame it on me. I guess what i am trying to tell is, stay away from that place, they are not professionals!!!
