Ripoff will not reply to email complaints

I bought a product called EZ Video Chat Kit which is a video confrencing package type kit which is suppose to include two video cameras that connect to a p c, and two installation cd's so you can use this product, two Warranty cards and two brochures which display other items that this company Ezonics Corp has to offer. This kit is intended for use by two seperate locals and thus two compleat sets are suppose to be included in the Chat Kit which the retail price is $80.00

I wanted to get one of these kits so my wife, two daughter and myself could connect via email with my son who is presently serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. Since my son has a lap top computer with him I thought that this would be a real nice way for the whole family to keep in touch and see each other a little bit while he is far away from home. He hasn't been home since the first part of Dec. 2003 and it is now Aug. 27. The kit I purchased had two of each item but the cd to install the camera and make it functional which only numbered one. I thought I would just go on line to Ezonics and asked them if it would be possible to send me another installation cd so I could send one and a camera to my son who is in the military service and have a cd for our camera here at home.

I even included my full name and full home address so they could make things right with my purchase but that has been several weeks and I have yet to so much as receive a simple email reply to my situation. I decided to contact them once again today via email to the company web site and again no reply, not even a polite kiss our ass from them. It really pisses me off that this company can not so much as acknowled a persons complaint, even if they don't intend to do anything about it. I have wasted alot of time trying to make contact with anyone at this company and wish for others to know what kind of company they would be dealing with if they too should decide to spend their hard earned money and if they have a problem with somthing to know what to expect, nothing.

I find it hard to believe that they would be so cheap to ignore my complaint and who knows how many others for an item that would cost them hardly more than the small amount of postage and risk the chanch of someone such as myself going public and exposing this company for what it is, a RIP OFF! What really irks me is that I was purchasing this camera set so we could keep in contact with our son and brother who is faithfully serving his country so that corporations and companies have the freedom to do business in this country.

My son didn't need to enlist in the military for any advantage in life as he entered the Marine Corps with a rather attractive background in computer networking.in high school he won the Washington State VICA computer networking state wide competition placing second in the state as a junior and placing first in the state as a senior. For him to place second in his junior year was probably even a higher achievement than the first place finnish the following year as they seldom will award under classmen one of the three medals or gold, silver and bronze for the top three finishers. Right after graduation in he attended a local tech. College and compleated a years course for certification in computer networking only to have the tragic events of Sept. 11 occur while enrolled at Renton Tech.

Upon compleation of the course which earned him his cetificate, he decided to enlist in the USMC as he felt so strong about his country comming under attack. Not only did he forgo furthering his education at a four year university or starting a career and earning a good wage in networking, he enlisted and didn't take the easy way but decided to become one of the few and the proud. At his graduation from Marine Boot Camp at the MCRD in San Diego, his whole family earned the greatest amount of respect for this fine young man as during the 14 weeks of boot, he came down with pneumonia twice with a serious bout of Bell's Palsey sandwhiched in between which required him to spend an additional five weeks in the MCRP or Marine Corps Rehab Platoon which is like a hospital. He did not quit and if you ever witness what a Marine recruit must endure to proudly wear the anchor, globe and eagle insignia, you will know why they are the few and the proud.

In closing, Ezonics can kiss my royal American *ss and shove their cameras where it's always dark. Thank you for letting me vent and hopefully more good people will not get Ripped Off by Ezonics.
