Wrong Wendy house

Dont order from this shambolic company. Ordered a Wendy house for my sons bday. Ordered next day delivery. On the Saturday they had sent a pink one. Called office number from their website and they don't work weekends and thanks to the jubilee bank holiday I finally reached them today (6th June). My sons bday was Monday so not happy anyway. Called them and promised right one would b sent out, and they'd do the next day delivery. Then this afternoon I had another call saying fri was the earliest they could do. Advised I'd have to take the day off work and Id need compensation for loss of earnings as its their mistake. Nope-they don't offer it. Refused to let me talk with manager as it had ruined sons bday and id paid for next day delivery. Man on phone was beyond uncaring and on principle I've cancelled. Disgusting behaviour from a company aimed at families. Go to asda or elc I think in future.
