Ripoff

Just got in mail collection letter from 1998, they do not even know what it is for. Way back when they bought cell one had just got a new phone on the rent to own plan cause phones were very expensive and was talked into this.

Several months later was told that my phone was not good and i owed 135.42 and they would give me a credit of 40.00. Yea right, 2 other agenceys told me not to pay. Now they sold off to another one and spent about 3 hrs on phone nothing but run around. Was told they could do nothing about it and could not even talk to a person to fax info into them. Stay away from att and cingular at all costs.
