WQ Long Distance
Billed my credit card for unordered long distance phone card

On 1/30/04 I ordered by phone a Bell and Howell Sunlight Lamp giving my VISA credit card. The person I spoke with kept trying to sell me other things. I finally told him that I wanted only the lamp and hung up. I received the lamp a few weeks later.

On 2/27/04 VISA showed a charge of $59.78 by www.wellquestintl.com which I failed to notice before paying off the balance. The following month, on 3/27/04, I was again billed for the same amount. After much hassle was finally able to reach the seller, WQ Long Distance, on 5/11/04 and requested refund for the two unauthorized charges ($119.44). They gave a cancellation no. 11789760. On 6/11/04, I called again and was told that it would take from 60 to 90 days to process the refund.in three other calls made in August I was advised that the refund department was running behind schedule but working hard to catch up. I want to do whatever is necessary to have this rip-off exposed.
