Purchased a controller for my son, waited patiently 2 weeks, and when it arrived it did not function properly according to their specifications. I tried to call, but they do not have a registered number. Their chat support is horrible. I asked for a refund, and they did not honer their REFUND POLICY. I did some homework, and they do not look like an established
business with a good reputation.
