Unable to make any calls to numbers in Atlanta Alpharetta. Cannot fix it and not refunding my money

Magic jack is big rip off. They charge you extraorbitant rates for nothing. I cannot make callas to Atlanta alpharetta and many other places. They cannnot fix problem and they dont refund amount.
