Charged for a Magic Jack I did not receive - Majic Jack Plus

Magic Jack charged my credit card shipped my magic jack to some unknown address. When contacted they are teling me to check with the postal authorities in another state concerning the shipment when I supplied them with my address at the time of purchase. They refuse to answer any further emails from me. This is ROBBERY: upset
