In Oct Daric sold me a "Camera Pen" that didn't work... It was returned it by mail and to this date I have yet to recieve a replacement. I now want my money back that he has repeatedly ignored

Daric sells "spy and hidden camera" gadgets at Calif Gun Shows.in Oct he sold me a "camera pen" for $50 that didn't work when I got it home to try it.By email and at his request he asked me to return it to him by mail for a replacement of which I did.

Over the next 2 months I was met with lame excuses of back orders and promises of shipments of new stock from China. I have since asked for a refund and thats when he stopped all communications. He hides behind his emails and doesn't answer his phone or responds to either. This person is a thief and a crook and shouldn't be selling products he won't stand behind. If you see someone like this selling at shows ask for legitimate contact info or don't deal with him!!
