The Wireless Experience is a New Jersey base corporation that takes advantage of their employees they have created a commission matrix that is almost impossible to reach.
Employee Pay:
They are by far the most unprofessional AT&T dealer in America.
When hired they promised me one rate and then change it without giving me notice. Saying that happens to everyone however no one told me.
The commission is completely fixed for the advantage of the company. You are required to add free features to customers accounts and then remove them before the end of the month to create false numbers to AT&T.
When getting paid commission they inform you there you have charge backs lines you activated that the customer did not pay. However never provide you with anything to show proof. You have to take their word for it.
