Battery purchace rip-off

I purchased what was advertised as a new cell phone battery. The battery that was sent me was all scratched up and obviously used.

After readying many reports on this company, I'm wondering if I'm going to be able to receive a refund. If I wanted a used battery I would have just been happy with the one I already owned.

What a rip-off!
