I ordered a Omni 3750 credit card processing machine from them online. Two weeks later I hadn't received it or received any shipping confirmation so I e-mailed them for info. The next day I received a reply stating that the machine was on backorder and they would not have one for 6-8 weeks. I was given the option to wait or cancel. I responded back immediately that I wished to wait.

The next day I received another e-mail stating my order was cancelled and that they would notify me when the units were back in stock.

This was nothing but a scam. They advertise the machine at a great price, when you call to order it they try to convince you to give them your business and when you don't tell you to go order it online.

I doubt they ever ship any of the machines at the price they advertise.

They never offer you a phone number or a name of anyone to talk too. Their website gives phone numbers but they tell you they only deal with the processing the equipment sales are handled exclusively online.
