Product undelivered - 4 months and waiting

I ordered a laptop battery from DellPartsNMore.com back in December. As of April I still have not received the order and have been unable to locate the required information to contact them.

The terms and conditions state that all communications will contain contact information for the company. After placing the order I received the confirmation email, this did not contain any contact information and was from an alias address:
isoautomated@speedpost.net on behalf of isoautomated@ (speedpost.net isoautomated@speedpost.net)

I was charged for the product at the time of ordering. Looking on this website I am not the only customer to experience similar problems with this company. Any suggestions on how to proceed appreciated.
