They give wrong advt.in newspaper - d2hshop

I read a classified in daink jagran 20 april that buy 1 micromaxx600 mobile and get 1 free of rs. 2,499/- and i call on given number but they dont recieve my call saying that customer care are busy and call charges cut from by balance then i try their sms service in this they say that we contact you shortly but no response. After that i visit their website but there is no such type of classified. I want to know that why they make their newspaper reader fool and want to take only money from them. Please control over such type of classified they are using bad method to take benefit from innocent public.
