Wont post a negative review - Clopay garage doors

I wrote an honest two star review of their top line garage door. They have twice refused to post it saying "Some type of content that did not conform to our guidelines" but it did as far as I can tell. Here is what I said:

I installed two of these about 6 weeks ago. They are very thin steel and scratch/dent easily. Be warned that many of the in stock boxes have damaged panels. Either from mishandling (not packed very well) or from people damaging them during install and returning them. HD customer service seemed clueless on warranty issues.
