GE Refrigerator problem and abusive tech support

I made the mistake of buying almost $6000 in appliances from Best Buy back in September. Now that there is a problem with the refrigerator, I called them. The first time they sent a tech out who sucked an ice cube and said it wasn't his problem and left. The next day after calling them again, they sent someone out who said there was an odor in the refrigerator and I need to clean it despite the fact it has been scrubbed thoroughly inside and out with bleach, Lysol and Pinesol. Today was by far the best. They came out, put a charcoal filter on each side of the fridge, emptied the ice tray (because it isn't like I haven't done that 10 times in the past 3 weeks since the problem started) and left. When I called and asked what was that all about, I was told I am "abusive" to the techs and my refrigerator needs to be cleaned and the only newly purchased onion in the refrigerator is giving off a smell and should be wrapped in a freezer bag. Really??? When I called I was told that they will not send anyone else out because I had the audacity to ask the techs to check the air intake and the vent at the back of the fridge, which of course they did not. Then when they left, they also left the refrigerator pulled out in the middle of the kitchen - not that they ever went back behind there, but I had to push it back in place which I'm sure the ruptured disc in my back appreciated. Best Buy doesn't know customer support - they know excuses, lack of work, abusive behavior toward women customers and taking your money but not standing behind any of their sales.
