Justin misrepresented an item on eBay and has ignored all requests for restitution

In May I purchased an NDI CB radio from Justin DePolis on eBay. He said that it was in great working order and that it had no problems. I received it without a microphone and when I had a technician check it out in order to wire up a microphone, he said that it was damaged beyond repair.in the meantime, I have tried contacting this little jerk to get him to refund my money and he has ignored all emails.

Searches groups reveal a long history of ripping people off through online sales. Luckily he doesn't live very far from me and will be getting a visit to discuss this in person if I don't get a response from him soon.
