Rick Nye, David Ross ripoff Fraudulant Advertising and Business Practices

We invested $15,000 for 5 machines. David Ross sent Fed Ex to collect the check while we were still on the phone inquiring about the machines and the system. (Anxious?)

We were sent 1 machine with a broken and smashed "Instruction" video tape. After constant attempts we finally received the final 4 and a usable video tape. However, have not received the Merchants list we were promised. David Ross said AmeriPOS would locate the merchants in our area and all we would have to do is place the machines and do the paper work. He furnishes us with 5 references, 2 of which we called. They made the company sould like saints! We feel that they were "insiderss" and have aided in the scam.

It has 2 months and we still do not have the information. Now, we have received a letter from Rick Nye, Ameripos President, that "due to financial difficullties beyond our control, Ameripos will no longer be able to service the back end processing...".

The system has been turned over to Radiant Telecom (800-482-5131). We have not had satisfaction from them either.

We certainly feel RIPPED OFF Big Time. We are retired and would like to get our money back.

Do not give this company or these people money!!!
