TOTAL SCAM, they claim to fix anything but they are just garbage

These guys act like they can fix any kind of iPod or iPad but honestly nothing could be further then the truth. I had a very simple iPod problem, i simply needed a new screen and I have dont this repair myself however thought i would give them a try to see how their service did. Not only did they tell me they could not fix my ipod they still charged me for looking at the device and would not return any e-mails and it took hours to get someone on the phone.
After days of recieving the same automated e-mails that told me nothing, AND PAYING 150$ to fix a 200$ device, the "technician" on the phone told me that there was nothing they could do to save my device.
Which brings me to my point
If my iPod was not repairable, why would they accept my $155? After I paid the employees were impossible to get ahold of and no one could give me an answer. Dont waste your time doing business with these people, they dont deserve it.
