I can not believe that it takes many many many many... Phone calls to Best Buy to reverse a charge on my account that Best Buy made for a product I did not order. What does it take after so many phone calls, several disconnects, many hang ups from Best Buy customer service representatives and the refusal to reverse a charge of a product that I did not order. Best Buy is unbelievable with this. It is criminal.
