Tune cycle thought it g to take my ipod 7th gen classic and not pay me for it

I sent my ipod 7th gen classic to tune cycle and on the 24th of Jan they sent an email saying that my check has been sent. This is Febuary the 24th, and I have not receieved the check yet. So basically, it is one month after and I still have not gotten paid for the 7th gen Ipod classic I sent tune cycle. I tried contacting them to no avail sent an email and left a phone message but It was never responded to
