Company doesn't honor warranty, and employees lie/rude

I've bought two wii's from this store, the first one was great, the second one they refused to give me a numchuk because they're all out (it comes with that) which i let go. Then when i get home, the back of the controller has a charger pack instead of a normal cover, this is worth like $9.99, what i should have got is worth. 15 cents. Also the cover of the wii is missing. He'd have actually made money by exchanging the back lol

Took it back a few days later, he's all out of remotes so can't exchange the back. Obviously at this point their response to anyone trying to get a fair deal is "i have none in stock" if you take something back watch them "have none in stock right now", even though i see one in the glass casing.

Also the lady with long hair that worked there is rude as hell, and acts like if you have a problem with it she'll call the police on you and make up some kind of ridiculous lie to get her way "WE DONT NEED TA KNOW ALL DAT" *rolls eyes*, she said this after asking me a question lol.
