Phone Stopped With Minutes Left, Support Unavailable and Callback Dismissed

A: purchased a $30 plan with 1000 mins
B: reset phones minute counter
C: used 700 mins as per phones minute counter
D: phone stopped working stated "not enough money on account"
E: called customer service no one available
F: emailed customer service no reply for 3 days
G: called customer service again no one available
H: Purchased an unlimited plan phone worked again
I: customer service finally calls me back 3 days later stating they are unable to view the usage because I already refilled the account. I offer to send them copies of my phone logs along with call counter they state it would mean nothing. How convenient.
J: now that I think about it anytime I used a $30 plan its been light on the minutes
